This Policy governs cancellations and refunds on GoPrintPack™. Read with the Terms of Service, Escrow Policy and Dispute Resolution Policy. All transactions are B2B.

1. Cancellations

Before Award — Buyer may cancel the auction at any time, free of charge.

After Award, Before Artwork Release (≤ 2 hours) — full refund (less unavoidable Razorpay charges) if the Printer has not downloaded artwork.

After Artwork Release, Before Dispatch — subject to Printer consent; typically settled under Dispute Resolution as a Partial Split.

After Dispatch — no cancellation; remedy is to confirm delivery and dispute if defective, late or mis-spec'd.

Printer-initiated cancellation — the Printer forfeits performance points, may be downgraded, fined under plan terms, and in cases of recurring default, delisted.

2A. What a Refund Covers

  • A full refund returns the entire escrowed amount: Gross Bid + GST + delivery charge + GST on delivery.
  • Where a shipment has already been booked or picked up, the delivery component may be retained to the extent of the courier charge actually incurred.
  • Platform commission is never charged to the Buyer, so there is no separate fee to refund. On a refund, the supplier earns no payout and Tejas Industries earns no commission.
  • Sub-RFQ payments by Printers are refunded on the same basis. A stale sub-RFQ payment (RFQ already closed) is refunded in full automatically.

3. GST on Refunds

  • Credit Notes under Section 34 of the CGST Act, 2017 are issued referencing the original IRN.
  • Partial refunds carry a prorated reversal of GST; Buyer must reverse any ITC previously claimed on the credit-noted portion.
  • TDS already deposited is non-refundable by us; the party must claim against annual tax liability.

4. Subscription Refunds

  • No refund once the billing period starts (plan limits are consumed in real time).
  • Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
  • Trial / promotional credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. How to Request a Refund

  1. Open the job / subscription receipt in your workspace.
  2. Click Request refund or email info@goprintpack.com with Order ID, reason, evidence.
  3. For post-dispatch issues, a formal dispute is raised; see Dispute Resolution Policy.
  4. Acknowledgement within 24 hours; straightforward requests resolved within 7 working days.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Platform commission already remitted on a completed job (no dispute)
  • Payment gateway charges where the gateway does not reverse them
  • Razorpay settlement charges attributable to currency conversion
  • Subscription period consumed, trial credit used, promotional credit expired
  • Printer-side costs crystallised (plates, substrate) under a Partial Split verdict
  • Costs arising out of Buyer-supplied incorrect specifications where the Printer manufactured to spec

7. Fraud, Chargeback & Reversal

Any party found to have engaged in fraudulent refund attempts (e.g. claiming non-delivery after confirming receipt, forging delivery proofs, serial chargebacks after acceptance) will be permanently delisted, escrow forfeited, and the matter may be referred to law enforcement under the IPC and the IT Act, 2000.
